Beabadoobee unveils tender new single "How Was Your Day?"
Beabadoobee is back with the tender "How Was Your Day?", a fourth taster of her debut album Fake It Flowers.
"How Was Your Day?" lands after earlier releases "Worth It", "Sorry" and "Care", and arrives with another visual directed by bedroom.
Expanding on the new single, Beabadoobee says, ""How Was Your Day" is a track that explores all the relationships I neglected when I was away from home. I wanted to emphasise the rawness of the lyrics with the song sonically which is why I recorded it on a four-track with all the little mistakes and vocal wobbles included. I wanted the music video to feel nostalgic to me, to include all the people I cared about, it took me back to the time I first started making music."
On top of releasing tracks from her debut album, Beabadoobee featured on No Rome's "Hurry Home" with Jay Som in May, and contributed a demo of Patched Up track "If You Want To" to the Soccer Mommy & Friends Singles Series in June.
