Beabadoobee teases first Beatopia single "Talk"

Beabadoobee has shared a snippet of her first Beatopia single "Talk", which will arrive tomorrow (23 March).

After sharing the title of her new album earlier this month, Beabadoobee has announced the first single from Beatopia, which is titled "Talk".

Beabadoobee shared a eight-second teaser for the single, and revealed it'll be arriving tomorrow (23 March) at 7pm GMT.

Beatopia will follow her 2020 debut album Fake It Flowers.

In February Beabadoobee said of the second album, "It’s a lot of different vibes. There’s not one song that sounds the same as the others. I’ve been really getting into a band called Stars, and I’ve always loved Stereolab as well. I’ve been working with my guitarist Jacob and using a lot of teenage engineering, drum machines, mixtures of guitars. It’s been really fun. I don’t know how to explain it, but it sounds very 2006. [Laughs.] I feel like this new album is what I am meant to sound like."

Beabadoobee's "Talk" single will arrive tomorrow (23 March). She's yet to share a release date and details of her Beatopia album.
