Beabadoobee releases new EP recorded with The 1975’s Matty Healy and George Daniel
Beabadoobee has released Our Extended Play, an EP she recorded alongside The 1975's Matty Healy and George Daniel.
Our Extended Play was announced back in March with the lead single "Last Day On Earth", and this afternoon the full four-track EP, including "Cologne", "Animal Noises" and "He Gets Me So High", has been unveiled.
The EP's second track "Cologne" is also accompanied by a video directed by The Rest, that lands at 6pm BST.
According to DORK, Beabadoobee says of the EP, "This EP was made in a really collaborative way during a time where it was really difficult to do that and I feel so lucky to have gotten to make it with my band and Matty and George. I hope it can bring people together in some way, that’s really what these songs are about, that feeling of togetherness that’s been missing a lot in the last year."
As well as being written and produced with The 1975's Matty Healy and George Daniel, Healy contributes vocals to the EP closing song "He Gets Me So High".
