Bastille unveil new Graham Coxon collaboration "WHAT YOU GONNA DO???"
Bastille have released their new single "WHAT YOU GONNA DO???", which features guitar and vocals from Graham Coxon.
"WHAT YOU GONNA DO???" is Bastille's first new outing since their cover of REO Speedwagon's "Can't Fight This Feeling" was released with the 2019 John Lewis Christmas advert.
The new single is produced by the band's Dan Smith, and Mark Crew, and features guitar and vocals from Graham Coxon.
Smith says of their new single, "We finished the song and it felt urgent. We didn’t want to sit on it."
He adds, "This next phase feels like a new beginning. It’s about completely tearing up our process, being spontaneous and starting again. We’re just really excited by the new songs. I think we’re making some of the best music we’ve ever made. We want to put it out now and not wait for the whole album to be done before anyone starts to hear it. This is about where we are now and hearing us in real-time."
