Babyshambles team up with Damien Hirst for new album artwork
The Pete Doherty-led Babyshambles have unveiled the album artwork to their upcoming third record, Sequel To The Prequel, scheduled for a September due date.
The band teamed up with Brit artist and YBA alumni Damien Hirst for the cover, who manipulated a picture taken by Pennie Smith – the photographer behind The Clash’s London Calling cover.
Sequel To The Prequel is the band’s first record in six years, their follow-up to 2007′s Shotter’s Nation, again produced by Stephen Street.
Dropping on 2 September via Parlophone, it’ll be preceded by the single ‘Nothing Comes To Nothing. Check out the full tracklisting below:
