AURORA shares bright ballad "Forgotten Love”
"Forgotten Love" is the second track since AURORA's 2016 debut All My Demons Greeting Me As A Friend.
Following on from AURORA"s comeback single "Queendom", that arrived in April, the Norwegian singer is back with the glistening and angelic ballad "Forgotten Love".
Speaking about her new cut, AURORA explains, “Forgotten Love is an individual song – which I really like about it. I think people can find many different personal meanings in it, as is its mission. For me, it’s about how I felt sorry for every day I forgot to grieve for someone I lost. After the years went by I suddenly woke up realising I hadn’t even been sad for months. I’ve just lived. Like he would want me to and in that moment, I didn’t feel guilt. I didn’t feel heavy or sorrowful. Just relieved. And it was quite beautiful. Being able to forget.”
Having already had a busy year with appearances at Coachella and Bushstock, the Norwegian musician has been taking her time in mastering the final tweaks to her upcoming releases.
