AURORA and Isobel Waller-Bridge join forces on "Exist For Love"
AURORA has released her new single "Exist For Love", which features contributions from Isobel Waller-Bridge.
"Exist For Love" is the first love song from the Norwegian singer/songwriter, and sees her unite with Isobel Waller-Bridge, who composed the string arrangements on the bright track.
She says of the new outing, "I thought I didn’t have a love song within me, until one day a few years ago, when I realised what a heavenly thing love is. Yes, it makes us human, but it also makes us divine. Whatever you’re using that love for. Or who. The touch of it will leave a print in us. It may be newborn love, it might be grief. But still we dare to love. Again and again. And when we get to experience that love, I think we understand why we exist. We exist for love."
Waller-Bridge contributed to AURORA's new single during isolation. The Norwegian artist says of working with her, "Isobel understood and respected the spirit of the song. I’m very grateful to have her as another mother to the project."
The new single is AURORA's first since her Frozen II track "Into The Unknown".
She's yet to follow up her 2019 LP A Different Kind of Human (Step 2).
