Ashnikko delays Grimes collaboration "Cry", says it's "NOT the time to be promoting music"
Ashnikko has rescheduled the release date for her forthcoming Grimes collaboration "Cry", writing that it's "NOT the time to be promoting music".
Last week, Ashnikko announced her new single "Cry", and revealed it'll feature Grimes.
The track was supposed to drop today (3 June), but due to the ongoing Black Lives Matter protests, Ashnikko has pushed back the release date.
On Monday (1 June), Ashnikko wrote on Twitter, "Now is NOT the time to be promoting music. it's not important. I'm pushing the release date to June 17th."
