Ariel Pink has two new albums and a film in the works
Speaking to V Magazine this week Ariel Pink revealed the details of various projects he is currently working on, including two new albums and a new film.
Discussing the progress of his next Haunted Graffiti album he told the magazine it will loosely be “based on a childhood movie that I made with my cousins, basically a combination of Ghost and Ford Fairlane. It’s like a rock-and-roll detective story. There’s a rock star who dies onstage and his brother wants to get to the bottom of the caper.” The records’ title is rumoured to be A Death in Hollywood.
The second record he is working on is a collaboration with R. Stevie Moore supposedly entitled Ku Klux-Glam, which is available to stream in its unfinished state here.
Ariel Pink also revealed details of a Dave Gebroe werewolf film he will be scoring, acting in and composing for, tentatively called ‘Bad Vibes’.
