Arctic Monkeys are playing pretty much every European festival this year
Alex Turner & Co. have announced a bunch of new Arctic Monkeys shows after keeping schtum for a fair old while.
The Sheffield rockers are playing Primavera, Mad Cool, Flow Festival, Sziget, TRNSMT, Øya Festival, Best Kept Secret, Rock Werchter, Open'er, Southside, Hurricane, Rockwave, NOS Alive, and Way Out West. TRNSMT is the only British date so far, and with Glastonbury off the calendar that leaves Reading and Leeds as the most likely other destination... but time will tell if that's the case or not. Maybe they're doing one of them Hyde Park thingies?
So... yeah. Looks like that new album's well on the way, doesn't it? The follow up to 2013's AM is long overdue, and with all these dates confirmed something is surely up.
