Apparently Lorde is releasing "Solar Power" tonight
After updating her site with the "Solar Power" artwork earlier this week, one outlet has posted on Instagram claiming the new single will be released tonight (10 June).
An Instagram account called Planet Eclipse has posted an update on Lorde's "Solar Power" comeback single this morning (10 June), claiming she'll release it at 11pm BST tonight (10 June).
The post reads: "Due to the leaks of the cover art and snippets from her upcoming single "Solar Power" which was scheduled to be released on the Summer Solstice, Lorde will now be releasing her comeback title TODAY @ 11PM BST, 6PM ET. This is an exclusive, not a drill."

Today (10 June) will also see the Northern Hemisphere experience a solar eclipse, so it could be a fitting reschedule if Lorde was originally planning to release the song on the summer solstice (21 June).
Lorde is yet to confirm or deny the rumours around "Solar Power", but the artwork teaser earlier this week followed last month's announcement that Lorde will headline one of the nights on the second weekend of Primavera Sound 2022.
In December last year Lorde revealed that her long-awaited third album does have a title, inspired by her 2019 Antarctica trip.
