Apothek announce debut album and unveil fourth single in the form of "Invited"
Norwegian duo Apothek have announced details of their debut album, due to be released on 30 September.
Simply titled Apothek it contains the singles "Family", "Waiting for the Thunder" and "Reunion" - as well as "Invited" which Nils Martin Larsen and Morten Myklebust have revealed today.
"Invited" is yet another fine example of the marriage between Larsen's electronic wizardry and Myklebust's sweet folk voice and poetic minimalism, and marks the fact we've now heard (almost) half of Apothek's album and the consistent excellence of the tracks already released means we're almost assured that the rest of it will be just as good.
Apothek will be released on 30 September via Propeller Recordings. The album artwork and track list can be found below.
