Another Sky preview new EP with third single "Was I Unkind?"
Another Sky have unveiled new song "Was I Unkind?" as the third preview of their forthcoming EP Music For Winter Vol. 1.
"Was I Unkind?" lands after previous Music For Winter Vol. 1 tracks "Sun Seeker" and "It Keeps Coming", and is accompanied by a performance visual filmed at London's Union Chapel last year with the London Contemporary Voices choir.
Vocalist Catrin Vincent says of the EP, "Winter is the perfect time for sombre music." She adds, "Some songs are old, some are new, all are entirely collaborative. After being kept apart because of the lockdown and writing a bunch of our second album separately, we just wanted to get back into our studio and record."
Music For Winter Vol. 1 was recorded, produced and mixed by Another Sky at their The Lighthouse studio in South London in October. It'll be the group's first project since their debut album I Slept On The Floor dropped in August.
The band are currently recording their second album planned for release in 2021.
