Annie releases anti-Putin, pro-LGBT track “Russian Kiss”

Norwegian electro-popper Annie has followed up last year’s EP A&R with a new multimedia project in collaboration with visual artist Bjarne Melgaard.
The pair collaborate for a new video and track, entitled “Russian Kiss”, released to protest the opening of the winter Olympics in Russia. The track is intended as a stand against Russia’s well-documented anti-Gay Rights laws and their treatment of LGBT activists.
