Anitta, Baby Keem, Biffy Clyro and more complete Roskilde Festival 2022 line-up
The full line-up for the 50th anniversary edition of Denmark's Roskilde Festival has been revealed, featuring new names Anitta, Baby Keem, Biffy Clyro and more.
Anitta, Baby Keem and Biffy Clyro have joined the Roskilde Festival 2022 line-up today (11 May) alongside Chvrches, H.E.R., Jerry Cantrell, Shygirl, bbymutha, OWENN, Todrick Hall, CMAT, Surfbort and more, completing the line-up for the 50th edition of the non-profit festival.
The new names will join Post Malone, Megan Thee Stallion, Dua Lipa, Tyler, The Creator, The Smile, Kacey Musgraves, The Blaze, Fontaines DC, Little Simz, Arlo Parks, Mitski, Moses Sumney, IDLES, Kelly Lee Owens, Ashnikko, Sampa The Great, Poppy and many others at the sold out Danish festival this summer.
Anders Wahrén, Roskilde Festival's head of programme said, "We continue our focus on new, exciting stars. It is important for us that our line-up is diverse – also geographically. With a name like Anitta, we now see that new stars from areas like Latin America can perform on the biggest stages in Europe."
"I saw both Anitta and Baby Keem at Coachella this year and they were some of the best performing acts over there," Wahrén added. "Baby Keem stood all alone on stage and managed to captivate the audience without a lot of hype and equipment around him. I'm sure it is one of the concerts that will be really impressive this summer as well."
2022 will mark the first year Roskilde has gone ahead since 2019, after being cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic.
