Animal Collective announce new The Painters EP, share lead single "Kinda Bonkers"
Animal Collective have returned with "Kinda Bonkers", the first track from their upcoming EP The Painters.
The four-track EP is being released almost exactly a year on from the release of latest LP Painting With. The Painters includes three brand new tracks - originally created during the sessions for last year's album - and a studio cover of "Jimmy Mack", made famous by Martha and The Vandellas, which Animal Collective have been playing live on tour recently.
Brian DeGraw has provided the artwork, who created the original art for Painting With, with Jack Kubizne creating the lyric vid for "Kinda Bonkers".
"Kinda Bonkers" was actually recently given a live airing during a DJ set in San Francisco, and we were there - check out our live gallery.
