Andrew Bird announces annual U.S Gezelligheid dates

Andrew Bird fans heading to America over the festive period can look forward to another string of Gezelligheid shows this year, in which the Chicago-based singer will play 3 dates in his home city.
The Dutch term for ‘cosy’, Gezelligheid performances have become an annual tradition, comprising of “instrumental violin pieces amplified only by Bird’s signature giant Victrola horns”.
Bird will also visit the West Coast, with shows planned for Los Angeles and San Francisco, and will be joined by frequent collaborator Tift Merritt.
