AlunaGeorge share new song "Supernatural"
AlunaGeorge have released a new track on Annie Mac's radio show, entitled "Supernatural".
Details are scant as to where this track will fit into future plans, but fingers crossed this isn't just a one-off and they've jumped back into the studio proper. If that is the case, it's unlikely we'll see any long-form results this side of Christmas.
The track itself is a softer effort than the material found on Body Music. There's a warmth in tropical '80s synths, finger-snaps and distorted vox, but Aluna Francis' voice is cool and breathy as it melts into the calypso-R&B noise. 2014 La Roux is a point of reference, but it seems like AlunaGeorge are heading into their own paranormal world, wherever that may be.
