alt-J have another new track - this one's called "In Cold Blood" and it was written (partly) on a "Casiotone that cost £1.05 on eBay".
The track follows lead single "3WW", which features vocals from Wolf Alice frontwoman Ellie Rowsell, in teasing upcoming album Relaxer.
"The brass was recorded at Abbey Road; the keyboards were done on a Casiotone that cost £1.05 on eBay; and no-one is quite sure where the key change came from," the band write on Facebook. "We hope you enjoy it."
As well as the new track, alt-J have revealed that their new LP has been brought forward a week to 2 June. Hurray!
Tracklist:
- 3WW
- In Cold Blood
- House Of The Rising Sun
- Hit Me Like That Snare
- Deadcrush
- Adeline
- Last Year
- Pleader
Relaxer is out 2 June via Infectious. Pre-order now via iTunes.
