alt-J have shared almost a minute of new music in a mysterious trailer and new album details have emerged.
As well as beguiling sounds, the 55-second clip has an intriguing caption in what we assume is binary code - it reads "00110011 01110111 01110111", which if put through a binary translator, reads "3ww". As Stereogum note, when the clip is jammed through Shazam it reveals that this - "3ww" - is the title of a new single, and album number three is on the way - it's called Relaxer.
The indie-pop outfit's second record, This Is All Yours, was released in 2014.
alt-J have lots of live plans for 2017 - check out their upcoming dates on Songkick.
