All Tomorrow's Parties to host From ATP film screenings at End Of An Era festivals
-
With All Tomorrow’s Parties’ End Of An Era festivals fast approaching, a series of film screenings have been ann0unced for the two events in Camber Sands.
Funded through Kickstarter, From ATP is a series of films by Vincent Moon, shot over 7 different ATP festivals. Each between 25 and 35 minutes long, 6 of these will be screened, aiming to “encapsulate the gonzo energy of the festival” by “mixing cult live shows with late night home parties, drunk dancing with hyperactive filming, following each time the voice of a narrator to whom it was asked – where is music coming from?”
Featuring contributions from Lydia Lunch and Dave Longstreth of Dirty Projectors, you can find out more about the ”sonic gallery of our forgivable excesses” here.
Though End Of An Era Weekend 1 is now sold out, a few tickets for Weekend 2, running 29th November – 1 December, are still available.
