Alex Burey announces new Family Stone EP, shares lead track "Come Over"
19-year-old London producer Alex Burey is set to release a new EP in June titled Family Stone, and is previewing the release with lead cut "Come Over".
The new short-player follows Inside World, which was released earlier this year.
"Come Over" sees Burey's fragile vocal lines meet a '60s ballroom shimmer and swooning '50s doo-wop. Laced with faded synths and psychedelia, it becomes all too easy to find yourself lost in a labyrinthine haze of nostalgia.
The Family Stone EP will be out on 13 June via his own Pllng Recordings.
