Alessia Cara announces third album In The Meantime
Alessia Cara has announced her forthcoming third album In The Meantime, which will arrive later this month.
After releasing "Shapeshifter" and "Sweet Dream" in July, Cara has returned with news of her third album In The Meantime, which will feature her recent singles.
The album will arrive later this month, and will follow 2018's The Pains of Growing.

On Twitter, Cara answered some fan questions about the album. When asked about the symbolism of the bubble on the album cover, Cara wrote, "fish in a bowl, seclusion, introspection."
Another fan asked about the inspiration for the title, leadign Cara to respond, "what I’ve been up to in the meantime, meantime between life & death. lots of symbolism I’ll talk more about!"
