Aidan Knight announces fourth LP with lead single "Sixteen Stares"
Canada's Aidan Knight is back with news of his self-titled fourth album, and has shared "Sixteen Stares" as the lead single.
"Sixteen Stares" is the first taster of Aidan Knight, and is his first new track in four years, after 2016's Each Other album.
Knight says of the new track, which takes its name from the skateboarding area known as the sixteen stairs, "Two things I saw in LA that stuck with me; one was the church of scientology and the other was the diner from American Graffiti. The studio musician career never stuck, but if you walk two blocks down from Mel's, you can see where this song came from."
In the four years between his last album, Knight has moved to Berlin and back, and welcomed a son with his wife and longtime creative partner Julia.
