As Variety reports, the special, filmed in LA, will see Adele perform some new songs from her 30 album, as well as some hits from her previous records. On top of the performance, Adele will be interviewed by Oprah Winfrey from her rose garden. The two will discuss the stories behind Adele's new songs, life following her divorce, weight loss and her son.
Last Friday (15 October) Adele released her long-awaited comeback single "Easy On Me" as the first single from 30. The album will feature 10 songs, and in a statement shared to socials last week, Adele described the album as "my ride or die throughout the most turbulent period of my life".
30 is produced by frequent collaborators Greg Kurstin, Max Martin, Shellback and Tobias Jesso Jr, as well as new collaborators Inflo and Ludwig Göransson.
