Ada Lea is back with new cut "hurt", which marks her first new music of 2021.
"hurt" is Ada Lea's first outing since delivering her woman, here EP in March last year, and is accompanied by a Monse Muro-directed video.
Ada Lea, real name Alexandra Levy, says of the new single, "I wanted to find a way to communicate complicated feelings using the simplest language possible. I came with a narrative and removed almost every detail, so as not to obfuscate the feeling - but left it open in terms of a resolution: was this hurt necessarily a bad thing?"
Levy is yet to follow up her 2019 debut album what we say in private.
Ads Lea's "hurt" single is out now.
