A Winged Victory for the Sullen preview new album with third single "Total Perspective Vortex"
A Winged Victory for the Sullen, the collaborative project of Stars of the Lid founder Adam Wiltzie and LA-based composer Dustin O'Halloran, have shared new song "Total Perspective Vortex" as the third preview of their Invisible Cities soundtrack album.
"Total Perspective Vortex" is the third song to be lifted from the duo's Invisible Cities soundtrack, following earlier outings "So That The City Can Begin To Exist" and "Desires Are Already Memories".
Invisible Cities is the soundtrack for a critically-acclaimed theatre production of the same name that premiered at Manchester International Festival in July 2019. It's directed by Leo Warner and produced by Manchester International Festival, Rambert, 59 Productions and Karl Sydow.
Their forthcoming soundtrack album will follow the duo's 2017 score for God's Own Country, and will mark their first album since 2019's The Undivided Five.
