A.K. Paul returns with new solo track "Hungry Beat"
A.K. Paul, brother to Jai Paul, and almost just as mysterious as his sibling, is back with new song "Hungry Beat".
"Hungry Beat" is A.K. Paul's first new song since featuring on Everything Is Recorded's "05:10AM / DREAM I NEVER HAD" song, and has appeared as a surprise upload on his SoundCloud this afternoon.
The London producer writes that "Hungry Beat" is "A joint made in lockdown", adding, "All instruments, vocals, production and mixing etc. by me. Mixed down to Maxell XLII cassette at my flat, using my gf's 1979 Sony TC-K55 mkII."
Although A.K. Paul hasn't released solo music since 2016's "Landcruisin'", he hasn't been entirely quiet, and launched the Paul Institute with his brother Jai Paul, which saw them release two tracks by Hira and Reinen in 2018.
