A.A. Williams announces second album with lead cut "Evaporate"
A.A. Williams is back with news of her second album As The Moon Rests, and has released new single "Evaporate" as the lead outing.
"Evaporate" is A.A. Williams' first release since last year's arco EP and Songs From Isolation project, and is accompanied by a Fraser West-directed video.
The new release is also the first taster of A.A. Williams' second album As The Moon Rests, which will follow her 2020 debut Forever Blue.
"Traditionally, your second album is the worry; where there’s the weight of expectation," A.A. Williams explains. "But I must create music I like myself, and I’ve had more time on this record; I’ve felt more confidence and conviction. As The Moon Rests is both heavier and softer, there’s more texture and weight, and a string ensemble. It’s Forever Blue times ten!"
