The sixth annual Village Voice event has announced its 2016 lineup.
This year's one-dayer will see the seminal Dayton, Ohio lo-fi indie-rockers Guided by Voices on headliner duties, with appearances from Canadian outfit and recent Glassnote Records signees The Strumbellas, Detroit post-punks Protomartyr and LA guitar-bass duo Girlpool. Bayonne, Car Seat Headrest, Diane Coffee, Kirk Knight, Mild High Club and Promised Land Sound will also be playing across the festival's two stages.
4Knots Music Festival takes place 9 July at South Street Seaport. Entry is free, and further information is available from the official festival website.
