Låpsley announces third album with new single "Dial Two Seven"
Låpsley has announced her third album Cautionary Tales Of Youth, and has released new single "Dial Two Seven" to accompany the news.
After returning last month with "32 Floors", Låpsley has released a second outing titled "Dial Two Seven", which is teamed with a Kyla Philander-directed video.
Låpsley says the new single aims "to celebrate those experiences I had in South Africa over lockdown. It came together so quickly with one of my favourite producers in the city, Greg Abrahams, collaborating with Omri Dahan and Mikaela Faye. I wanted to translate the adventures, hedonism and love that blossomed between myself and my South African friendship group."
Cautionary Tales Of Youth will follow Låpsley's 2020 second album Through Water, and was produced in collaborations with Jessy Lanza, Paul White, Greg Abrahams and regular collaborator Joe Brown. It also feature an appearance from South Africa's Msaki.
"Dial Two Seven" is out now. Låpsley's Cautionary Tales Of Youth album will be released on 20 January 2023, and is available to pre-order now.
