Lady Gaga teases the first single from LG7
Lady Gaga has revealed when she will be dropping the first single from her forthcoming seventh studio album.
Taking to Instagram, Lady Gaga shared her week's itinerary as she gears up for the premiere of Joker: Folie et Deux. At the bottom of the sheet of paper, there are a list of important dates in October. The 4th sees the film released in cinemas, and a currently hidden date reads: "LG7 first single".
The forthcoming track is set to follow her standalone collaboration with Bruno Mars, “Die With a Smile.” Gaga revealed that this song won't feature on the follow-up to her 2020 album, Chromatica.
“I was finishing up my own album in Malibu and one night after a long day he asked me to come to his studio to hear something he was working on," she revealed of working with Bruno Mars. "It was around midnight when I got there and I was blown away when I heard what he had started making. We stayed up all night and finished writing and recording the song.”
Lady Gaga is yet to reveal a release date for her forthcoming body of work.
