Kesha has teased a new song that she co-wrote with Kurt Vile, Rick Rubin and others that also includes some "lyrics and melody" from a Ramones track.
After treating fans to snippets of new songs from an upcoming album via Instagram Live earlier this month, Kesha has teased that she's co-written a song with Kurt Vile and Rick Rubin, which uses some lyrics and melody from a Ramones song.
Stereogum reports that Kurt Vile spoke about writing "Flyin (like a fast train)" with "Kesha in mind" last year for Radio Milwaukee. Vile said, "She got in touch with me to write together, you know, like over - I guess at first it was Zoom because it was a pandemic ... I was so flattered, I couldn't believe she wanted to work with me."
She's yet to share more details of her upcoming album, but it'll follow 2020's High Road.
