Jessy Lanza shares new track and video for "Don't Leave Me Now"
Returning with the first song she's written and produced since moving to LA, Jessy Lanza shares "Don't Leave Me Now".
"Don't Leave Me Now" is one of her first offerings since 2021's DJ Kicks compilation, which included four exclusive songs of her own, and was written in response to the experience of nearly being hit by a car after first arriving in LA, which subsequently heightened the agoraphobia that she's had since she was a child.
Coinciding with the release is a music video directed by frequent collaborator Winston H. Case, who directed Lanza's video for "Seven 55" and art directed the cover for her DJ Kicks compilation.
"Don't Leave Me Now" is out now on Hyperdub.
