Jenny Lewis delivers new single "Cherry Baby"
Jenny Lewis shares another song from her fifth studio album.
Coming in hot following the release of “Giddy Up”, "Psychos", and "Puppy And A Truck", Jenny Lewis has delivered yet another sampling of her forthcoming fifth solo album, Joy’All.
Joy’All will be Lewis' fifth solo full-length, following 2019's On The Line, and her first for Blue Note/EMI Records. It's produced by Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb (John Prine, Brandi Carlile, Chris Stapleton, Jason Isbell), who Lewis met by chance while visiting the band Lucius at RCA Studio A in Nashville.
Nashville singer/songwriter Skeeter Davis influenced Joy’All and on the album cover Lewis wears one of Davis’ former outfits, discovered at Black Shag Vintage in Nashville by regular Lewis collaborator Bobbi Rich.
"Cherry Baby" is out now. Jenny Lewis' Joy'All album will arrive on 9 June through Blue Note/EMI Records, and is available to pre-order.
