Jenny Hval and Håvard Volden of Lost Girls announce new album, Selvutsletter
Lost Girls – the Norwegian duo comprising of Jenny Hval and Håvard Volden – have returned with a new single, “With the Other Hand”, to accompany the announcement.
Released last month, “Ruins” was the first single from Hval and Håvard Volden since they released their debut album, Menneskekollektivet in 2021.
Today they return with news of a forthcoming second album – Selvutsletter (Norwegian for “Self-destruct”) – as well as a brand new single, "With the Other Hand". Hval and Volden said in a statement that the brand new single is inspired by Leonard Cohen, calling it “a pop song whispering about someone’s mysterious journey through a street, a building, and a stage.”
