IDLES unveil brand new single, "Grace"
As they build towards the release of their eagerly anticipated new album, TANGK, IDLES have shared the brand new single, “Grace”.
As with the rest of the upcoming album, “Grace” was produced by Nigel Godrich (Radiohead, The Smile, Beck), Kenny Beats (Denzel Curry, Vince Staples, Benee) and the band’s Mark Bowen. The track follows "Dancer", which featured guest backing vocals from LCD Soundsystem duo James Murphy and Nancy Whang.
“The song came from nowhere and everything. It was a breath and a call to be held,” says Joe Talbot, “The only words or singing that came from our sessions with Nigel and I needed it, truly. All is love.”
The band's 2024 world tour has expanded, and now includes a headline show at London’s 10,000 capacity Alexandra Palace as well as some of their biggest North American headline shows to date. Fans who pre-order the band’s upcoming album, TANGK, will receive access to a pre-sale for tour tickets. Remaining tickets will then go on general sale from 9am local time on 8 December.
"Grace" is out now. TANGK will be released on 16 February via Partisan Records and is available to pre-order now. For more information on their live dates, visit idlesband.com.
