Gwen Stefani on No Doubt's reunion at Coachella 2024: "It was as if we had never been apart"
Gwen Stefani recently shared her thoughts on the "overwhelming" reunion of No Doubt who headlined this year's Coachella Festival.
Speaking to HELLO! magazine, Gwen Stefani discussed the long-awaited reunion of No Doubt. Following three studio albums from their formation in 1992, they took their first hiatus in 2004. They reunited in 2008 and shared another new album, Push and Shove, in 2012. After officially split in 2015, explaining that they had “grown apart”, they came together once more at Coachella 2024.
"Performing at Coachella and feeling all that love for us after all this time was kind of overwhelming.We hadn’t done anything together for so long, so to do that and be there for each other, with all of our families, meant so much to me," she said. "It had been so long but it was as if we had never been apart".
Gwen Stefani recently released her first studio album in seven years, Bouquet. Among the ten tracks was a collaboration with her husband, Blake Shelton. Following collaborations with the likes of Anderson .Paak, Saweetie, and Dua Lipa; Gwen Stefani's fifth studio album came after the 2020 deluxe Christmas album, You Make It Feel Like Christmas.
