Google doodle celebrates SOPHIE on her 38th birthday
In celebration of what would be her 39th birthday, Google have honoured SOPHIE with today's doodle.
The image of SOPHIE on Google doodle is accompanied by an animation set to the song, "Immaterial". This comes just over a week ahead of her final, and posthumous self-titled album, which features previously released singles, “Exhilarate” featuring Bibi Bourelly, “Berlin Nightmare” featuring Evita Manji, “One More Time” featuring Popstar and "Reason Why” (featuring Kim Petras and BC Kingdom).
SOPHIE is the follow-up to the artist’s groundbreaking 2018 debut album, OIL OF EVERY PEARL'S UN-INSIDES and 2015 singles compilation, PRODUCT.
SOPHIE will be released on 27 September via Transgressive and Future Classic, and is available to pre-order now.
