George Michael's "Careless Whisper" given EP release in celebration of the song's 40th anniversary
To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the release of George Michael’s "Careless Whisper" George Michael Entertainment and Sony Music have announced the Careless Whisper EP.
Available on both digital and physical formats, the Careless Whisper EP will feature a previously unreleased live recording of the timeless hit performed at Madison Square Garden in New York City during George Michael's concert on the 23 July 2008. The recording captures the historic performance marking his reunion with a New York audience after a 17-year hiatus.
The EP will also include newly mastered versions of the original single, the extended mix and instrumental.

Careless Whisper EP is set for release on 18 October, and is available to pre-order now.
