George FitzGerald delivers new Panda Bear collaboration "Passed Tense"
Ahead of his Stellar Drifting album landing in full on Friday (2 September), George FitzGerald has delivered a final outing titled "Passed Tense", which sees him unite with Panda Bear.
"Passed Tense" is the fifth release from FitzGerald's Stellar Drifting album, following "Setting Sun", "Rainbows and Dreams" featuring SOAK, "Cold" and "Ultraviolet", and sees him join forces with Panda Bear, who recently released Reset, a collaborative album with Sonic Boom.
FitzGerald says of working with Panda Bear, "Working with Noah (Panda Bear) on this track was such a highlight. The tone of his voice and his lyrical style are both so unique. It put the music and the whole record in a completely new context emotionally and stylistically."
Stellar Drifting will follow FitzGerald's 2018 album All That Must Be, and 2020's OTHERLiiNE album with Lil Silva. The album will also feature an appearance from London Grammar.
"Passed Tense" featuring Panda Bear is out now. George FitzGerald's Stellar Drifting album will land on Friday (2 September) via Double Six / Domino, and is available to pre-order now. He'll play London's KOKO on 6 October. Visit george-fitzgerald.com for tickets.
