NJ hardcore heavyweights GEL have announced their signing to Blue Grape Music alongside news of their forthcoming EP, Persona.
The forthcoming EP is preceded by lead single, "Mirage", which follows last year's debut album, Only Constant. Speaking of Persona, the band says: "We really wanted to fill out the songs more and make them more nuanced,” explains vocalist Sami Kaiser. “It’s a step forward, it’s different, it’s catchy, but it still really sounds like us.”
“Mirage", clocking in at nearly three minutes, is the band’s longest song to date.
Tracklist:
- Mirage
- Shame
- Persona
- Martyr
- Vanity
Persona will be released on 16 August via Blue Grape Music.
