Francis of Delirium has shared the new single "Give It Back to Me"
Francis of Delirium has shared a new single, "Give It Back to Me", as the latest track taken from their forthcoming debut album, Lighthouse.
“"Give It Back to Me" was a touchstone for me throughout the album's writing process," Jana Bahric explains. "The song’s hopefulness and themes of friendship felt pivotal to the album, and after it was written it felt like all the other songs started to make more sense in relation to each other. "Give It Back to Me" revolves around the idea of fostering a community where people support each other whenever possible. When your chips are down you can ask for help and when your chips are up, you can be that pillar of strength for someone else.”
Francis of Delirium has released three EPs – All Change, Wading and The Fun House – and two previously released album tracks "Real Love" and "First Touch", which were both produced by Catherine Marks (boygenius, The Killers, Wolf Alice). The rest of the album was self produced with frequent collaborator Chris Hewett.
Lighthouse comes following a busy year of touring with the likes of Soccer Mommy, Briston Maroney, Horsegirl, and The Districts, as well as opening for The 1975 and Kings of Leon. Francis of Delirium will be heading out on an EU and UK tour in 2024, including stops in Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Rotterdam, Dublin, Edinburgh, Manchester, and London's Oslo on 14 May.
Francis of Delirium's debut album, Lighthouse, is set for release on 22 March via Dalliance Recordings.
