First image of Lady Gaga in Joker: Folie à Deux unveiled
The first image of Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn in the upcoming Joker: Folie à Deux film has been revealed.
Back in August 2022 Lady Gaga confirmed her involvement with Joker: Folie à Deux by sharing a short animated trailer revealing the 2024 release date. The Joker sequel was reported to be a musical-style film, and a US film critic also claimed the film will be told from the perspective of Lady Gaga's Harley Quinn.
Although the plot is yet to be revealed, last night (14 February) the first image of Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn was released, showing her face to face with Joaquin Phoenix.

Production on Joker: Folie à Deux reportedly started in December last year. The film will be directed by Todd Phillips, who produced A Star Is Born starring Gaga and Bradley Cooper. Joker: Folie à Deux will be Lady Gaga's first feature film role since 2021's House of Gucci.
Joker: Folie à Deux is due to arrive on 4 October 2024.
