
Fans think Lorde might have worked on Taylor Swift's new album
There's a new fan theory circulating online that highlights how Lorde could potentially be involved with Taylor Swift's forthcoming album Midnights.
Following news of Taylor Swift's upcoming 10th album Midnights, fans have been piecing together what they believe are clues that Lorde may have worked with Swift on the new album.
According to a Twitter thread shared yesterday (29 August), Lorde's latest email to fans was signed off using "L X0000", and there's speculation that the "0000" could be "00:00", the time code for midnight.
There's also rumours that Swift has worked with "up-and-coming female artists and producers," as well as inviting "friends to write with her".
Another comment also points out that Lorde stated in her June Summer solstice email to fans that she had been "sitting with a friend recently drinking chai at a country house in England, she's an artist too, and we got on the topic of the album somehow." Read the full thread below.

Midnights will follow Swift's 2020 album Evermore, although she did release Fearless (Taylor's Version) and Red (Taylor's Version) last year. The Midnights tracklist is yet to be revealed.
