Fans believe Death Grips could be returning with new music later this month
Death Grips fans have found what appears to be a release date for the band's new music, which could be as soon as later this month.
Back in May Death Grips got their fans hyped by sharing what appeared to be a 15-second clip of glitchy new music on socials, and now fans have found what they believe is a release date for Death Grips' new music.
According to various posts, Death Grips' site had a hidden text box in the top left corner, and when copied and pasted to another location, it uncovered what fans think is a date - "9/21/22".

Death Grips haven't released new music since 2019's Gmail and the Restraining Orders mix for Warp Records' 30th anniversary celebrations, although they did make the mix, as well as their 2016 Les Claypool collaboration "More Than the Fairy" available on streaming services last year.
They're yet to follow up their 2018 album Year of the Snitch.
Hopefully Death Grips will have something new to share on 21 September.
