Ezra Williams explores dating after heartbreak with new single "Skin"
"Skin" is the latest release from Ezra Williams' forthcoming debut album, Supernumeraries.
Speaking about the track, Williams says: “This song is about trying to start dating again after heartbreak, the comparing of new people to past and accidentally falling back into bad habits from previous relationships. Knowing you’re not being treated properly but not caring because you can’t handle being alone.”
"Skin" follows on from previous releases, "Until I'm Home", "Bleed", and "Deep Routed" which features GHRIAN. Supernumeraries is preceded by 2021 EP Stuck and IS IT which was released in 2019.
Ezra Williams recently performed at Glastonbury’s Emerging Talent Competition 2023, and they have now been confirmed to take part in the festival, performing at Bread & Roses on Friday and Saturday.
"Skin" is out now. Supernumeraries arrives on 16 June via AWAL and is available to pre-order.
