
Ezra Collective announce Future Foundation initiative for young black women in music
Ezra Collective have announced the launch of their latest Ezra Collective Future Foundation initiative which is set to kick off in May.
"Ezra Collective Future Foundation is excited to announce 5 new paid opportunities for young black women to learn, grow and gain real industry experience with our behind the scenes team in May 2025," the band wrote on their socials. "We are trying to do our bit in increasing the diversity and representation amongst touring crews."
The band are offering training days, practical work experience, and mentoring for roles that include artist management, tour and production management, front of house/live sound, backline technician, and band leadership, in order to help champion underrepresented communities of young black women in the music industry.
