Euphoria’s Hunter Schafer to star in forthcoming A24 movie Mother Mary
Hunter Schafer has joined the cast of David Lowery’s upcoming A24 film Mother Mary
Hunter Schafer is set to star opposite Academy Award winner Anne Hathaway and Emmy winner Michaela Coel in Mother Mary. The forthcoming film is a pop melodrama following Hathaway as a fictional musician, and her relationship with Coel's character – an iconic fashion designer. Schafer is said to play Hilda, the assistant of Coel's character.
Mother Mary marks David Lowery's third film for A24, following The Green Knight, and A Ghost Story. He will be producing the film alongside Tony Halbrooks, James M. Johnson, Homebird Productions, and Filmproduktion.
