Dolly Parton and Snoop Dogg to feature on Bebe Rexha’s new album
The tracklist for Bebe Rexha's third album Bebe has been revealed.
Earlier this month, Bebe Rexha announced Bebe – the follow-up album to 2021's Better Mistakes which featured collaborations from Travis Barker, Doja Cat, and Lil Uzi Vert.
The full tracklist has now been released by Apple Music New Zealand, and includes Rexha and David Guetta's GRAMMY-nominated single "I'm Good (Blue)" – which includes sample of Eiffel 65's "Blue (Da Ba Dee)".
Follow-up single "The Heart Wants What It Wants" which is also features on the album, came from Rexha's desire to write an upbeat song. Speaking of its origins, she says: "It’s an anthem about wanting what you want and not being apologetic for it. It could be anything you feel conflicted about wanting and not specific to romance… At a place in life after a pandemic where sad songs are of the past, I just want everyone to have a good time".
Other features include Snoop Dogg on the as-yet-unheard "Satellite", whilst Dolly Parton can be found on "Seasons".
Dolly Parton was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last year despite politely declining her nomination. Snoop Dogg will be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame later this year, for the same award that Parton was presented with in 2001.
